The Norton Rixson 994M electromagnetic door holder is a wall-mounted unit with adjustable armature and concealed wiring, recommended for solid wood doors.

- The wall must be properly reinforced, and the outlet box adequately fastened
- Tri-volt (120VAC, 24VAC/DC, 12VDC)
- 25-40 lbs. holding force
- For 50-55 lbs. holding force, specify voltage: 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC, 240VAC
