The Norton Rixson 993M electromagnetic door holder is a high-hold, surface or concealed-mounted unit designed for heavy-duty floor or wall applications.

- Adjusting screw on heavy-duty armature allows for alignment of contact plate
- Unit has a test switch – may be ordered without a switch if the door will be pulled out of the hold-open very often
- Substantial wall reinforcement required
- Use the key switch (by others) to release
- 24VAC/DC voltage
