MODEL 28 | CENTER HUNG, SINGLE ACTING FLOOR CLOSER

The Norton Rixson 28 Series is a single-acting, center-hung floor closer designed with a centering arm with adjustable screws for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs. This allows the closer to be removed without demounting the door for threshold applications.

  • Not allowed for fire-rated doors
  • Frame stop required on the header at lock side; if not supplied by frame manufacturer, Norton Rixson 60131 recommended

  • The door weighs up to 350lbs.
