The PS-EXIT Power Supply is specifically designed to protect and optimize the performance of Adams Rite 8000/3000 Series exit devices with Motorized Latch Retraction (MLR) or Electric Latch Retraction (LR) options by delivering filtered and regulated power.

Function:

This power supply is designed to provide power and control for up to two MLR or LR exit devices. Each exit device is controlled by a timer that is initiated by a switch closure. The timer is user-configured and holds the exit device(s) in the unlatched position for 2 – 60 seconds. At the end of the selected time, the exit device(s) will re-latch. If the switch controlling the exit device is closed longer than the selected time, the exit device remains unlatched until the controlling switch is released.

  • An optional mode is available that allows both retraction timers to activate in response to a closure of either switch.
  • Exit devices under access system control remain latched during a complete power failure but always allow free mechanical egress

Certifications:

  • UL 294
  • CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 223

Timer: Initiated by switch closure to control each exit device. Timer is user-configured and holds exit device in unlatched position for 2 - 60 seconds. At end of selected time, exit device will relatch.

Operating Modes: The PS-EXIT is designed to power up to two 8000/3000 MLR or LR exit devices in the following operating modes:

  • Single Input (Sequential Operation): either input retracts the corresponding exit device followed by retraction of second device. Control double-door exit with one input.
  • Dual Input (Independent Operation): Each exit device is controlled by its own input switch. Control two separate exits with two inputs.

Trilogy® Privacy Digital Pushbutton Locks, featuring an
inner privacy push button, are an ideal solution to quickly
and easily convert restrooms into single occupancy to
create social distancing & help avoid the spread of virus.
After entering with a PIN code or Prox ID card, the user simply
pushes the privacy button on the back of the lock (inner door)
to ensure privacy. The lock will not open from the front entry
side until the user exits (the door is reopened from the inside),
or optionally, the privacy session “times-out” following a
    preset duration.
When the privacy button is pressed, the red LED on the outer,
keypad-side of the door will flash to indicate that the restroom
is occupied. When exiting the room, the occupant simply
leaves normally. As an added safeguard, when the inside
handle is turned, there is a three second delay before the
lock will accept an additional signal from the privacy button,
    eliminating inadvertent privacy-locking.
From the makers of Trilogy® – The #1 Locks in their Class

    Narrow Stile Door Alarm, Aluminum

PG21 Advanced Door Alarm Series from Alarm Lock are a quick and inexpensive solution when faced with security vulnerabilities from doors being propped open in schools, restaurants, stores nursing homes and theaters. Whether door-propping occurs for quick returns from taking "smoke" breaks, to permit insider-jobs or to allow unregistered visitors or contraband to circumvent main security entry points, it remains a problem for facility managers and security officers everywhere. These surface-mount, narrow stile microprocessor controlled door alarms quickly improve security at any single or double door with a 95dB alarm, entry delay, key-removal and auto-shutdown/reset options. The PG21 has two arming modes, standard mode or "always armed" mode and it enables multiple door monitoring with built-in external reed switch, has three entry delay options as well as selectable minute-shutdown. FireSwitch108

NAC Power Supply, 4 Class A, 8 Class B, 24VDC @ 10A, LCD and Network Connection for Programming and Status Monitoring, 115VAC, Red BC400 Enclosure

The Altronix FireSwitch108 is a cost-effective managed NAC Power Extender. It interfaces with 12 or 24VDC Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) to provide Notification Appliance Circuit expansion support, for additional horns/strobes to allow ADA compliancy. It also provides auxiliary power to support system accessories. It delivers electronically regulated and filtered 24VDC power to Class B or Class ANAC loop circuits. Alarm current can be divided between the eight (8) outputs for powering NAC devices. Outputs are rated at 2.5A max., and can be independently programmed for Steady, Temporal Code 3 or Strobe Synchronization. All outputs may be programmed for Input to Output Follower Mode (output will follow input. i.e. March Time Input, March Time Output). In non-alarm condition independent loop supervision for Class A and/or Class B FACP NAC circuits is provided. In the event of a loop trouble, the FACP will be notified via the steered input (Input 1 or Input 2). In addition, there are common trouble output terminals [NC, C, NO] which are used to indicate general loop/ system trouble. Two (2) FACP signaling outputs can be employed and directed to control supervision and power delivery to any combination of the eight (8) outputs. It provides a programmable LCD display interface, plus an ethernet port interface for remote programmability and monitoring.

    • Input
      • Power input: 120VAC, 60Hz, 4.8A.

Take control in the fight against back door break-ins with the PRECISION Arm-A-Dor Series.

With so much depending on the security of a building's rear exit, business owners simply cannot afford to install a standard exit device, alarm or deadbolt to the rear entry door. Installed by many of the nation's largest retailers, the Arm-A-Dor Series is actually three products in one:

    • Locking bar protection for security from the outside
    • Built-in alarm to protect against inside theft
    • Panic device

This durable, pre-assembled, all-in-one exit device protects a facility's most important assets, while maximizing life safety at the same time.
