The Locinox SERVAL is a compact, adjustable spring-hinge system that provides self-closing operation without a separate hydraulic gate closer. Designed for gates weighing up to 132 lb and measuring up to approximately 43-5/16" wide, it allows the gate to open as far as 180 degrees.
Spring force is adjustable from 2 to 7 Nm at the closed position, allowing the installer to tailor the self-closing force to the gate. The SERVAL remains easy to open, with a maximum opening resistance of 10 Nm.
Its fiberglass-reinforced polyamide housing protects the internal components for exterior use. Horizontal and vertical adjustment simplify gate alignment, while the included self-drilling screws allow installation without welding. Separate versions are available for square and round gate profiles.
